Just Mix 3 Eggs and Potatoes! This Dish Will Impress Everyone Immediately!

What You Need

  • 3 eggs
  • 5 potatoes
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • Parsley (a handful, chopped)
  • Paprika (a pinch)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • Vegetable oil (for cooking)
  • 1 chicken fillet (cut small)
  • 2 peppers (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 50 grams cheddar cheese
  • 50 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Dill (a little, chopped)

Step 1: Prep the Potatoes and Eggs

I start with 5 potatoes. I rinse them with water to clean them. Then, I peel and grate them into a bowl. Next, I crack 3 eggs into another bowl and beat them well. I pour the egg mix into the grated potatoes and stir it up. It looks good already!

I add a handful of chopped parsley, a pinch of paprika, some salt, and black pepper. I mix in 2 tablespoons of flour too. This helps hold everything together. I stir it all until it’s nice and even.


Step 2: Cook the Base

I grab a small bowl for the sauce. I mix 3 tablespoons of sour cream and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. I add a pinch of salt, some black pepper, and 1-2 cloves of chopped garlic. I toss in a little chopped dill and a pinch of onion too. I stir it up, and the sauce is ready. It’s creamy and perfect for this dish.
